Bianca has more than 7 years of experience in the world of innovation and entrepreneurship. She has worked as Head of Innovation for an Italian accelerator and Improvement Lead for a Swiss investment fund, living between Africa and the Middle East.
She collaborates with Dagora to seek out new speakers.
She is very touched by sustainability issues, in particular she fights for a plastic-free water future.
She has several passions including Female Empowerment (she launched the sports platform for women Girls Went Out in 2020) and launched a non-profit programme to help African female fashion entrepreneurs (La Carica 4 Africa).
In 2017, she was Vice World Champion in Women Speed Downhill (167 km/h) on the Italian National Team.
