Niccolo’ Mion
Co-Founder
CEO of Mion Group (www.mion.com), Italy’s leading company in the production of branding accessories for apparel, footwear, and leather goods. I represent the third generation of my family to lead the Group.
I began my career in 2001 in sales, initially focusing on the North American market and later expanding into key European markets. In 2008, I was appointed Commercial Director.
Between 2012 and 2016, I gained international experience outside the family business, serving as Italy Country Manager for A-Tex, a Danish multinational specializing in branding accessories, and later for the U.S. company New Era Cap, a global leader in licensed sportswear.
In 2016, following the sudden passing of my father, I returned to Mion as majority shareholder and Chief Executive Officer. Since then, I have driven a strategic acquisition program involving several key suppliers, shaping the Group’s current structure and reinforcing its leadership position in the industry.
In 2020, together with entrepreneur Etan Genini, an expert in technology and intellectual property management, I co-founded MIOO Tech. Its mission is to create a scalable digital certification system for product authenticity, enabling direct interaction between consumers and purchased products while offering brands new opportunities for engagement
