With over 15 years of experience in the realms of marketing and digital transformation, Federico has been a valued member of the Alpenite team since 2019, where he holds the position of Business Development Leader.

After International Management and Marketing Management studies, his professional path began in a leading digital agency, supporting internationa brands in taking the most from their digital channels. Later he took on the challenge of shaping the digital and CRM strategy at LAGO, a renowned brand in the Made in Italy furniture sector.

In his current capacity, Federico is not only dedicated to advancing the international expansion of Alpenite and the Arsenalia group but also provides invaluable daily assistance to companies within the retail-consumer and manufacturing industries in their challenges related to the innovation of their customer experience.

Furthermore, Federico is an active collaborator of the Management Department of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, supporting research projects and guest lectures, where he generously imparts his wealth of experience and knowledge to nurture the next generation of marketing and digital professionals.
