Stéphane JG Girod is professor of Strategy and Organizational Innovation at IMD in Lausanne. He is an expert in transformations, including digital, cultural and sustainability transformations. He also specialized in innovation and transformation in luxury sectors. At IMD, he leads the Luxury 2050 Initiative and the Reinventing Luxury Lab open program. He directs custom programs for clients such as Richemont, Cartier, La Prairie, Bally and has worked closely with CHANEL, Lamborghini and Chloé. His columns on the transformation of luxury sectors appear in Forbes. His research has also been published in Harvard Business Review, Strategic Management Journal and Organization Science. He holds a DPhil from Oxford University.
