Jérôme Favier was appointed Vice President & CEO of Damiani International at the beginning of 2018 and leads the Italian luxury group which owns the Damiani, Salvini, Bliss, Venini, Calderoni and Rocca brands with the aim of promoting their managerial, financial and commercial growth, thereby consolidating their presence on international markets. Mr Favier’s twenty plus years of experience in the field of jewelry and fine watch-making began in 1994, when he joined the Richemont group, first in Cartier and then in Jaeger-LeCoultre. His responsibilities within Damiani International include defining strategic plans, corporate organization, sales & marketing, structuring the product range, and developing the retail network.Born in 1970, Jérôme Favier has a modern managerial style. He speaks fluent English, French and Italian, and holds an MBA in International Business Management. He is passionate about design and sports, and enjoys playing tennis, running and skiing in his spare time.
