Karsten has been working halve of his career within the airline industry (Swissair, Qualiflyer) and the other halve within the card industry (Cornercard, SIX Multipay, Aduno and currently Mastercard), holding different senior positions in marketing, product management & sales. He holds a Bachelor in Economics from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz and a Master/MBA in Business Administration from the University of Klagenfurt.
