Michele Camuri leads Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He is accountable for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and AI agents across all strategic industries in Europe North, Europe South, the Middle East & Africa, and Switzerland. He heads a multidisciplinary team of AI Business Process specialists who work with field leadership and strategic clients on their most critical and complex transformations.

Over more than two decades, Michele has built his career where business strategy meets enterprise technology. Since joining Microsoft in 2018, he has led Global Business Applications teams across EMEA and Asia. He also ran the Retail & Consumer Goods business for Western Europe across 12 subsidiaries. Before Microsoft, he was Head of Business Transformation Services for South Europe at SAP. Earlier, he spent nine years at Accenture advising global market leaders on sales, marketing and customer transformation.

Michele has a strong track record of turning AI and cloud innovation into measurable business outcomes, building high-performing international teams and advising C-level executives. He is based in Milan and is an alumnus of MIT Sloan School of Management.
